Since it used very slow processor as it is budget tv, once you open any app like netflix/youtube the loading time is almost couple of minutes. Also tv boot up time is 2-3 minutes. Picture quality is fair. Overall it is value for money but not the best..

Because it worked for longer than 15 days, I was unable to simply return it for a new one or a credit, so I had to navigate the Sharp/Best Buy warranty process and send the TV out for repair or replacement over the next 2 weeks.

It did not have all the parts. It was missing the power cord. Then we ordered the power cord and now they tell me they don't have it. Do not order Open Box Guaranteed, they obviously don't check if all the parts are there. Very frustrating!
