TV drops connection

None of my other devices drop the connection, but despite this, I reset my router, re-input my wifi password, and reset the TV as instructed. That works for about 10 minutes. I'll be watching tv and it will shut off by itself and reset because the connection dropped again. This inability to connect for more than 10 min at a time lasted about 4 days and now it doesn't connect at all, even with my doing all the above. I'm frustrated because I contacted Sharp and they told me this TV was manufactured for Best Buy and I would need to contact them. The trouble is that Best Buy doesn't make this easy. I'm tired after work and trying to navigate how to contact customer service online is confusing. Sharp gave me a phone # but I am in no mood to listen to voice prompts from an auto bot, holding, or troubleshooting everything I've already done with a tech. I just want to return it or exchange it. An email from Best Buy would be great. Scheduling a call would be great. I just want a TV that works. If all that happens or a solution presents itself, I'll update my review.
