Almost perfect for my needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to get a free roku account to set up the tv ... it can't be used until this is done, even if you're not going to use the roku features. All my other TVs are setup so that turning the attached Apple TV also turns the tv on or off, but that doesn't work with this one. Probably because it always starts up asking for which input to use?

It was a very good price on the television. I also took out the Geek Squad Protection plan. When I set the TV up it had really good picture quality, but the sound level would not go up or down. I repacked the TV and returned it. When I returned to the store I was directed to the Geek Squad counter. I was told the value of my TV and to go pick out another TV. I wanted the same TV, but it was no longer on sale and I was disappointed that I could not get the same TV at the cost of what I had previously paid. I ask for the Store Manager. When he came I explained the situation. He said no problem and helped me get the TV that I had wanted. The new, same model TV that I received works great. Thanks Best Buy!!!
