While we've enjoyed the integrated Roku operating system, the Sharp hardware has been disappointing. My mother says that within 7 months, the screen developed pixel damage, resulting in a thin green line that has never gone away. Recently, I reminded her that it was still under a manufacturer's warranty. Trying to get a repair or replacement via Sharp has been a huge hassle. Because the end of the warranty was approaching, they would not schedule a repair without "further review." They promised to honor the warranty despite their imposed delay, but the department supposedly doing the review never contacted me. Still working to touch base with the right department.
