I thought the tv it self was ok , didn’t buy extended warranty , called Hisense , won’t even look at it ... So much for ever buying a product made buy them again.

Turned it on and the remote doesn't work, dont buy

Complete dud!

We waited to set it up until we repainted her room, so it sat in the box for a month (past the point that we could return it). When we opened the package and set it up, the screen would just flash to all different colors and never show the actual picture. My husband finally was able to override it for about 5-10 minutes, but then it would go back to the flashing screen. So now I am left with this dud of a TV, and have to start over after spending almost $200 while Best Buy can't refund me or even replace the TV. I will never be stepping back into a Best Buy ever again after this.

The TV is fine but the Roku not for me.

Needs good WIFI

The available WIFI wasn’t adequate and the lack of station buttons was a hindrance. Had to exchange it for a “regular “ tv with a regular style remote.

Don't understand set up

Terrible

It takes so long to turn on and then get to the program you want to watch by which time you want to just say forget it. I tried to return it but Best Buy would not take it back after 14 days and I contacted Sharp and they pretty much said tough luck and hung up on me. Save the frustration and buy something else. We purchase a larger screen LG Smart TV else where for another room and love it. We now need to buy another TV to replace this one and just toss this out!
