    When I first turn it on to channel 9, Maine the picture and the voice are not working together and the picture is faded...I go to another channel and it is OK and back to Channel 9 and it eventually straightens out...

    Do not buy a Sharp Roku tv

    This tv makes it seems like you are back in the bunny ear antenna days. It does work with xfinity, but it was a big hassle to get it setup, it didn't automatically link. It takes about nine clicks just to get to a live stream of tv. I wish cable didn't go up so much, otherwise there is no way I would have bought this tv. It often takes several tries to link up to netflix, hulu, or xfinity. Very frustrating, and the time frame to return it had gone buy about a week and all Bestbuy told me to do was call Sharp TV. I do not like the new so called "Smart TV's" They seem to have taken a step backwards in ease of use.

    Red Picture flashes ..Sharp says not our TV

    I bought this set Dec, 21, 2017...a few months ago I started getting red flashes and ghost images when on the antenna setting. not when using, Roku, Hulu etc... changed and tested every cable, feeding the coax port, and tested everything. Called the 1-855-544-2030 number and was told it could not be the sets fault...Changed TV's on that coax line and no flashes or ghost images on the other set. Basically NO HELP from Sharp to determine the cause....obviously a problem with the antenna input (coax) on the set..... NOT Happy yet about to but a 40" Sharp for another room in the house.

    Could use better sound

    Set up was easy and the picture comes in just fine BUT the tv could use much better sound, Even turned up to close to maximum it is difficult to hear clearly. It's the set as other TV's can be heard with no problem.

    Great until it stops working

    I bought this TV in November of 2017. it was perfect for the bedroom. By the start of March it started freezing and randomly rebooting. Now it reboots at least once every 30 minutes. According to Sharp, the only way to make a warranty claim is to bring it back to Best Buy and make an appointment with the Geek Squad. Even at this price, the TV should last more than 3 months. It is worth it to spend a little more to get a TV that will last at least a year. TLDR: Don't waste your money.

    Netflix keeps crashing

    Netflix crashes when I try to watch movies. It is not my internet connection since I am able to watch online with my computer or phone. The antenna TV works well so I gave it two stars instead of 1.

    Died in 3 months

    Flashing colored screens, wont do anything else. Firmware issue. No help from best buy. No help from sharp. Used less than 20 times in 3 months. When powered on will flash solid color screens of red, blue, green and white. Google says software/firmware issue. Best buy/geek squad wouldn't listen to issue or troubleshoot, only wanted to schedule appt. Sharp/hisense customer service is very bad. They dont make em like they used to! Save the headache, dont buy!!!

    Nice tv for the price, the setup on it is weird. I’m not sure I like it very much. The apps Andre guide that comes up is hard to use.but it works and we can watch tv on it

    Don’t know if it was mine cause it was open box. But I got home and there were lines all through it already. Tried to return got the run around that they test every product and would do nothing for me. Beware on open box items make them power them up before leaving that store!!! Otherwise your SOL

    I recently returned this tv because it would not connect to my internet at all. I already own a Sharp Roku tv and was excited to add this one to the collection but it wouldn’t connect to my internet at all. But my other smart tv did. Everything else worked on the tv but it just wouldn’t connect to the internet so I returned it and got a Samsung Smart Tv instead and it works well.
