    Good but missing option of bluetooth keyboard

    So far (1 few months) I am fairly happy with this purchase which was easy to set up. However, the remote is clunky (no alphabetic keys), and it apparently has no capacity to use a Bluetooth keyboard which would greatly easy the use of arrow keys on the tv screen. So it is a hassle to type of the titles of streaming videos or films.

    Poor Sound Quality/Volume

    I bought this product to upgrade from a 29" flat panel to a larger one. I was very disappointed at the volume quality. The volume had to be almost maxed out in order to hear it well. However, being turned up that high caused the sound quality to be very poor. It was suggested that I buy a sound bar - which is ridiculous because this tv is going in my bedroom and my previous tv sounded just fine in the same location. For being a Sharp I expected better quality. I know that since all of the televisions are being made thinner the speakers have to become smaller as well - I feel that this is just ludicrous. I shouldn't have to buy extra speakers or a sound bar in order to hear an already overpriced television. I will say that the picture was nice. But the main 'menu' screen seemed a little childish with the design. I just want to turn on the tv and not have to go through an entire menu to find which input I want.

    I was asked to leave a review after my purchase and I did, but it never made it to this page, nor did I receive a response. It's an honest review with honest frustrations. I reached out to Sharp for trouble shooting info initially and they told me that this TV was made specifically for Best Buy, so it's out of their hands. The bottom line is it won't stay connected to WiFi, despite my WiFi working everywhere else in my home. I finally connected my old Roku box to this Roku TV. It's funny, but it worked and I have no issues. It's not funny, because it defeats the purpose. I also have problems with this TV shutting down randomly. I assume it's re-starting to try and re-connect to WiFi, but it never can. I bought it in June and it's just become worse. The volume goes out at times too. I saved the packaging but I haven't had two seconds to take this back or think about the alternative purchase. I have bigger problems in this life, so purchasing a tv should have been the least of my worries.

    Good value but some issues

    We bought this TV with the idea of cutting or reducing our cable bill which was getting ridiculous. Setup was easy and so far we've been pretty satisfied. However it seems to take forever for cable channels to display when we choose Xfinity (Comcast) from the home screen. Sometimes they don't display at all and we have to go all the way out and try again. There also seems to be an issue with the sound on streaming channels (not so much with the cable). We have to crank the volume way up to hear half the time. Overall it's been pretty good but when it gets frustrating we think about taking it back.

    Great tv for bedroom

    I like not needing a separate streaming device to access Netflix and antenna. And I love being able to pause/fast forward live tv. I also like the sleep timer function button on the remote itself.

    This is definitely a tv for cord cutters primarily. The remote is not able to handle cable TV, and our cable TV could not do much other than power and volume. Not even select options on the menu. Sound volume was OK, but it seemed like I had to turn it up more than on our other TV s. Picture was a good quality for the price. Unfortunately I'll be returning this for something that meets our needs better.

    This little tv served my mother in law well until today.... It died... 6 years young... It served its purpose ... Unsure why it died since I do have a tv at home older than that but .... We are now on for tv shopping with new features

    This was a Christmas gift for my 12 yr. old. I like that it has the roku built in so I don't have to hook up any additional wires:) The hook up and connecting to my wifi was very easy. The picture quality was okay (reason for 4 stars) Not the best. I am a TV nut and have a TV in almost every room. It is perfect for him but, if I was using it, I would have returned it for something better. Overall, the price was good for a 32" television and my son is happy.

    I am so far pleased with the television, but this weekend the sound messed up on it so I took it to the Geek squad. It is going to take them 2 weeks to fix it or replace it, whichever it needs. I did notice though, when I was at the Geek Squad counter there were 2 more televisions just like mine with problems. 32'' Sharp Roku televisions. I'm just hoping that wasn't a sign of things t come with this television.

    I gave it 3 stars simply because it is a nice 32-inch SMART TV for the price. However, the fact that you cannot add any apps, like HULU or YouTube, is disappointing. If you can live with that, go ahead and buy it if it will suit your needs. It does come with the Netflix and Amazon Prime apps for streaming TV.

    Roku Disappoints

    While only 720p in resolution the screen is still nice and fits well into a smalll space. The huge knock on this is the extremely frustrating Roku interface. Everything is so slow and loses network connection continually. Sound is also an issue when using Netflix, HBO, etc. There seems to be no difference between 18-40 on sound level. However, if you connect another streaming device (Apple TV) things work just fine. As long as you don’t use the built in interface you will be fine.

    I purchased this TV for my significant other for Christmas thinking it would be a great tv for the small space that we have. Setting it up, we noticed the stand and how horrible they screwed in & how they were very lopsided. We placed it safely to make the teeter-totter less than it had been. The TV was fine when we were able to watch it (although the speakers were iffy, but way better than what we had before). We have had this TV now for a little over a 2 months and due to the faulty stand, it fell when we were not home, the TV was punctured and now the screen does not work... I’m beyond the return date and we are at a standstill. Very upsetting to say the least.

    No HDMI Cable

    The TV itself is very good, BUT it DOES NOT come with the HDMI cable!!! I live in NJ and my handicap father lives in FL. I sent him this TV and someone set it up for him, but since it doesn't come with a HDMI cable, my father now has to wait until someone can go to the store and buy it for him. BB has it written under the TV's specification in regular size font, BUT they should BOLD it or highlight it in red to insure that the customer is fully aware so the cable can be bought together with the TV. They can make it part of the checkout! But this is like buying a car and under the written specs it tells you "battery not included". Terrible!!!!
