No real manual with it you have to go online to look up any info on how to operate it. You have to sometimes go to more then one web site to get an answer. Based on how we have not been able to delete channels we don't want are considering returning it and looking elsewhere to purchase.

It’s Great When It Decides to Work

I wasn’t looking for anything fancy just wanted a smart tv that I can download my favorite channels and apps on. But this TV glitches ALL THE TIME. It closes whatever I’m watching abruptly or restarts. I guess I got what I paid for.

It’s not just mine too, I’ve read it’s happening to everyone. Decent pictures overall just a decent tv. I wouldn’t recommend if you want to use it for its WiFi application such as Netflix or YouTube
