I got this tv for $200, super easy set up and I've been enjoying it for about a month now. As soon as it goes on sale again, I plan to get another one.

Bought this TV for my garage. Picture is excellent. As in other reviews, the sound is awful but tolerable - very tinny. I bought a cheap sound bar - problem solved.

Just wish wish av cable hook up for older style electronics like speakers and older video game systems it only has hdmi hook ups. Tv was easy to set up

This is a good tv for folks needing something nice, but not too expensive. The speakers are just ok so you may want to invest in a soundbar.

I purchased a 40 inch sharp television for my bedroom and the setup was easy and the picture was a sharp 1080p. I recommend this value priced television to anyone.

I replaced a recently purchased 32 inch Samsung in a bedroom cabinet. I found I could squeeze the 40 inch in and the Sharp has much better sound.

This 40" TV is not only a good value, but a quality product that I buy for all of our team in the field. It is dependable and great picture quality.

We purchased this TV for a teenager and it is absolutely perfect for her. The TV arrived as promised and the size and picture quality is very good.

The picture tops the TV I had previously that developed vertical lines in the picture. Even the volume seems to come through loud and clear compared to my old model.

Bought this because of price and size - Very pleased with performance, only issue for me is the volume will not go up high enough for HDMI input to fill my garage.

This TV works great. It has a very clear picture. It was on sale which made the purchase even better. I am very satisfied and would recommend it.

I replaced my 36" in the kitchen that died and replaced it with this 40" Sharp. Wished that the store had one on display when I bought the Sharp, I would have made a different choice. I can't make changes to the picture or sound that will stay; every time I turn it TV on it goes back to the factory default settings. It's not terrible but I would suggest spending a couple more dollars for a different set. Oh....don't ever loose the remote ! No controls on the TV except for power on / off.

This was kind of an impulse buy, but not one I regret. For the price the quality is fantastic. Both the picture and the sound quality are great.

Bought this for my adult son who is an avid gamer. He uses it for a monitor for his computer gaming as well as a tv. He is very happy with it

Was looking at getting a new TV and found this one. For everything this tv has and the the size of it you won't find a better deal than this.

This is not the first time that I have owned a Sharp tv. The quality of the picture is superb and the sound quality is also for built in speakers.

Sound and picture are good for the price. however you can definitely see a reduced quality compared to upper line brands around the same size and similar in price.

Bought on sale when it was $200. It's a good TV for that price. It's replacing a TV that was over 8 years old so it blows that one away but that's not a surprise.

My final choice for the television purchase was enhanced by a very knowlegeable salesperson. Great deal for the product. A bargain big time!

Checked all the different makes and models and found this to be the best for the price it was easy to set up the picture quality is excellent
