    Brought this set as an open box item. There was no power plug in the box but there was a checklist stating everything was in there. Rode 20 minutes back to the store and received the wrong power plug. Had to ride back to the store again in order to get the correct power plug. So the small discount that I recieved (about $10) was used,up in gas, and some! The set works fine.

    I ended up returning this TV to Best Buy and exchanging it for something else. The color remained always too blue, too cool. There was something wrong with this particular TV, because it would not change the actual color tones regardless of every method I tried to use via Settings. I own other TVs. I know how to make adjustments. This TV just would not respond.
