Great TV for the price

Its not a Smart TV or 4K but it shows Blue Rays with a pretty good picture. Plus it's no thousand Dollar +Sony Bravia like mine so if it does get ruined in Dorm room its not t ge end of the world. Bottom line I like the picture and sound is okay also. For $180 40 inch you can't complain.

Picture quality is great. Sound quality is good also, but the speakers are on the sides. Our TV fits in the entertainment center, but the sides of the center block some of the sound. (shame on us for not thinking of that). Otherwise, we are really happy with our choice.

great entry level tv

We were not looking for a lot of bells and whistles but wanted something that would wall mount, decent picture, and have some "smart" features. This fulfilled all those wishes. The quality of sound surprised us - very tin sounding. My understanding that this is common. We purchased a sound bar and couldn't be happier overall with purchase.

Awesome for the Bedroom!

Good size & the all-important 3 HDMI ports mean I can play video games, watch movies, & use my streaming device without having to unplug anything. Unlike other larger flat televisions, I think the sound quality is good on this one. Those were my criteria & it delivered on every one.
