Stripped-down model, few features, software bugs?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV is lacking an RF signal strength meter and an on screen info/guide (with program description, picture resolution 1080i, 720P etc). This makes it inadequate for over-the-air antenna based viewing. The set locked up within a hour and shows only a flashing red, green, blue, white screen sequence. Customer service didn't know how to do a factory reset, which might pop it out of this mode. The picture and sound were excellent, however, for the hour the set worked.

Picture is ok if you are sitting directly in front of tv but fades if you are watching at an angle from either side. Color is pale. Tried adjusting the settings as recommended by Best Buy Customer service but is not any better. Will be returning this tv.

No good piece of crap
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Plugged it in and all it would show was the "Sharp" logo - for two seconds! Then screen faded to dark gray and then black after another second - it turned itself off. If I was FAST I could see the input or menu choices. Took it back; I don't think Sharp is very.
