got it home spent 4 hours setting it up just to find out only 1 shortcut button worked and none of the good apps where avalible

I was looking for a Roku TV while shopping. I'd looked at a few of the choices but upon arriving at a Best Buy location and seeing some of the models in person, the Sharp was hard to beat. Picture quality, sound and brightness are excellent. The software is so well designed and thought out. Perfect TV for a cord cutter/gamer like me. Things I'll point out that could be issues, this TV has no component/s-video input. Also the lowest volume level of 1 can be too loud sometimes, if you're trying to watch TV while someone else is sleeping. Small niggles that personally don't affect my score.

We bought this to replace our 32" Samsung panel main and only TV. We are very happy with the picture quality as it is a big step up in size for Us. . When I turned it on the picture was not very crisp at all. I had to turn up the contrast and sharpness and it made it much better. I probably would have returned it if I couldn't adjust it. . The smart menu is easy to navigate and manage your accounts. It is much much faster than accessing Netflix from our old BluRay player. . The speaker sound is adequate for the room and we don't need to put the level past 18 for most viewing. BUT, I am installing a Vizio 3830 Soundbar to give it more BASS because I can't use the AUX connection to feed my Bose Companion speakers, as it cuts off the TV speakers. The Digital Optical Audio connection works great. So far we are very happy with the TV. .

good basic set - I have a small living room and this size is perfect - already had Roku on an older TV and love it! Easy to set up, easy to use.

Very easy to set up. Works flawlessly watching movies on Amazon Prime Movie and Netflix. 3 HMDI inputs! The best deal is it comes with ROKU built-in! Highly recommended.

An amazingly user friendly TV with excellent picture. Having ROKU built in to the set is a great benefit, and the remote is very easy to use. It has no trouble streaming Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Now, Sling, or any other streaming channel. The search function allows you to search for titles across ALL streaming channels - something ordinary "smart" TVs cannot do. I have the TV hooked up to an over-the-air antenna, and the sensitivity of the tuner and the picture quality are both excellent. My TV is wall mounted, and I can watch over-the-air TV or any streaming channel without any extra equipment. I've used the TV for nearly a month, and am very happy with it. For the quality, features, and price, it is the best TV I've ever purchased.

I have had this television for two months now. So far, it has worked about what I expected. It has a good picture and the sound is fine. I was a Roku user before and the apps being available are great and Roku has a nice selection. My only complaint is that on multiple occasions, the television has froze when opening an app. I don't know if this an issue specific to the television because I have had this with my other Roku boxes in the past. There does not seem to be a specific app causing this. It is very random. The only remedy that I have found is unplugging the television and plugging back in. Other than that, my experience has been good.

Great choice a great buy. This is my first smart tv. Caught it at $299.99 with warranty. Read about it, compare it then decide. It's also amazingly huge, love it..

I bought this TV 2/5/2016 and hooked it up with my Bose sound system. I could not be happier with it. The apps were easy to configure and the picture is great.

Sharp-Great Value, picture, sound, setup. This 43" size is fine for most rooms yet light enough to move. Like my other 2 Sharp TV's the setup was easy and with the built in Roku it's a smart tv used for internet, Netflix, etc. Enjoy this set every day with picture quality and sound quality surprisingly good for a flat screen. Highly recommend especially at sale price of $189....

We bought this TV at BB 2 months ago and it is absolutely spectacular! The picture is outstanding but it needs to be dialed in; Backlight 62, Brightness 40, Contrast 50, Sharpness 56. Of course these settings are always a matter of personal preference, but the factory presets are way over the top with the backlight, brightness and contrast. Ok, here are my gripes: The audio is fine however there is no way to adjust the treble or bass, we are stuck with factory presets. The simple Roku remote is fine but the preset buttons should be removed, already one of the buttons is obsolete (Rdio). Roku must understand that a TV is not disposable. Like most people we expect our TV to last at least 10 or more years - I wonder how many more buttons will be obsolete by then? TV integration with Roku is a match made in heaven, it's like what Android did for cell phones. Roku has a great opportunity here to be the universal platform for smart tv's but it still needs some work, it somewhat feels like it's still an add-on device.

We needed to upgrade the TV in our bedroom, as the old one was a 25" tube TV. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for this because we don't spend a lot of time watching TV in the bed. That may change now, because this Sharp TV with Roku is amazing. There really aren't any other similarly priced sets with the picture quality of this one. The Insignia 43" with Roku was cheaper, but the picture was clearly not as good. I knew that I'd never be happy saving $45.00 but watching a set with inferior picture quality. The Sharp with Roku setup was easy and painless. It found and connected to my wifi quickly, updated itself in minutes, and was up and running without a hitch. You do have to have access to an internet browser during setup to get connected to Roku, but it is really quick and easy. This set would be great for most people as their primary TV, with the addition of a sound bar. The picture quality is really good for the price of this set. I would buy another one in an instant.

I purchased it for my bedroom, this tv is my secondary TV, it has a built in roku and Netflix already , very convenient. With available HDMI ports, I have used it to watch internet tv, cable tv before bed time . Size is perfect, price is ridiculous , love this one!

This TV has the best overall interface I have ever used. The remote is extremely simple, and it has very good picture and sound. While I am not a smart TV fan, the Roku integration actually improves how easy this is to use.

Started out looking for another Samsung, pulled into Best Buy and seen this tv. I could not believe the value. The Roku is a simple interface and the picture is wonderful. Getting this TV was a no brainer!

Great picture quality awesome apps to stream hulu and netflixs

This TV uses a roku remote meaning you cannot enter a number for a tv station, you have to scroll through. I ended up buying a different remote, which is frustrating. Also, there are no inputs for older AV equipment. So my mom, who is the owner of the tv, can't watch her dvds or VHS (yes, she still has some) because her dvd/vhs player uses the older red/white/yellow plugs and this tv has no where for it. I should have paid closer attention. The TV works well, but I did have to also purchase a WiFi range extender for Roku to actually work.
