The remote is very easy to use and understand, especially for someone who is not tech-savvy. The convenient and one-step access to Netflix (and others) is her favorite feature!

The Roku functions come on first and you need the TV remote to get to your cable box. Then you can use your cable remote. I would not purchase this again. There was nobody around to help us when we chose this TV. I prefer my other Samsung TV's over this one.

Surprisingly this tured out to be a great TV, compared to the 50" smart Samsung TV that we have in the living room, it can hold its own. Great TV, great purchase.

There is no button to return to the previous program. Also it is very easy to push the mute button accidentally. We also found no information about the use of the buttons at the bottom of the remote.

It's not a negative thing about this device. Best Buy also has a great warranty plan they set me up with for just a couple dollars extra as well! Will buy something bigger in the near future!!!!
