Exceded my expectation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for $280 I wasn't expecting much from the TV and according to a few review sites I shouldn't have expected a whole lot, but I gotta say I'm pretty impressed by what I got for the money I spent. Sure it's got "dirty" grays but almost everything I watch isn't a solid gray background. The screen is just a bit unevenly lit, but the scenes of a movie are also not even shades, so you really don't notice the flaws when you're actually watching the TV. I'm more of an android guy and prefer the firetv over roku for just a few nit-picky things. FTV shows minutes and seconds of the movie/show you're streaming, so I can see exactly how far I've fast forwarded to pass long theme songs in some TV shows. Roku only rounds the minutes. The UI is pretty sluggish at times but bearable. Saying that, I use the Roku interface since it's already built in. I really should have put an extra $70 down and got the 50" instead, but otherwise I'm happy with the purchase.

Nice tv!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm very pleased with this tv. We bought it for my son in is room. Piece of cake to set up and get to watching all his favorite shows, including netflix. Picture looks great even if the refresh rate is only 60 Mhz.

Great TV for a great price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't looking to buy a tv but when I saw this 43" LED TV with Roku I had to take a look. It was on sale for less than $340 and I decided to give it a try. I fell in love with this TV the moment I powered it on. The speed and picture are great. Netflix opens up in less than 10 seconds and the apps are endless. I wasn't familiar with Roku before this purchase. I purchased another Roku box the next day for another tv because I liked it so much. I was worried about the simplicity of the remote control but after using it I wish all my remotes were this simple and small. This was the best TV purchase I've ever made.

Great Tv for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have 2 other tv's and they are both Samsung. So i was a little hesitant about purchasing a sharp tv. I'm glad i did, it has clear bright colors and with the Roku makes it even better. Ready to go out of the box

Great TV at a Great Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prior to buying this TV I was deciding between this one, a smart TV and another Roku device and purchasing a normal flat screen. After reading reviews on smart TVs decided they weren't ready for prime time yet. I own a Roku 3 and really like it, but really wanted to see if I could avoid another gadget attached to a TV. Also own a TIVO Premier. The reviews on this were good so thought it was worth a shot. Glad I did. The picture is great, sound is ok on it's own but I do have it attached via optical out to my home theater and sound is great with no noticeable lag. Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu all load quicker than on the Roku device and much quicker than on TIVO. The only CON i have on the TV is I need to turn it on a minute or two before I'm ready to watch so the wireless can connect. Every once in a while the HD signal drops to SD and then back up to HD but I think that has more to do with my router than the TV.

Sharp still the best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sharp is still the best. For this price range SHARP outshines against LG AND SAMSUNG. The clarity even in the store was the best. Sharp also keeps the major buttons on the TV where the other 2 confines you to using the remote so if you misplace the remote you are sunk.

Awesome deal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this because the price & features were perfect. Only issue is I didn't bother to ask if my Amazon Fire stick would work with roku programming. The answer is no, it doesn't work. Wouldn't be a big deal if I didn't have stuff downloaded on my fire stick.

Great TV for non-techy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV because it was a smart tv and I would not have to connect my computer or purchase other devices for Nerflix, Amazon Prime, Roku, and many other options available. I discovered the router signal was not strong enough as the TV kept dropping signal. That is not the fault of the TV. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that it lets you add other channels, which I did, but it did not show which ones have a fee. I need to undo my selections before I can place a credit card on the device, but I do not know which are original at no cost. For you techies, this is not a problem, for me it will require a phone call, a reset, etc. great TV otherwise. Typos are due to smart phone auto corrections!

Great TV but needs chromecast to screen share
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a great TV in terms of picture quality and streaming, but for MAC users there is no option to stream directly from macbook and in terms of screen sharing with laptop we have to get chromecast even though it has inbuilt ROKU, which is kind of annoying

Good TV great Picture wish to plug in keyboard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV works for everthing I need. Great picture. I wish I could have one at home. There is one pain point: Getting it hooked to the WIFI. We have a complicated WIFI SSID(hidden) and Password. I became very frustrated putting in the information as it would try to connect and if there was one mistake or it didnt connect it erased both the SSID and password. If I could plug in a keyboard the 18 character SSID and Similar length password would be 20 seconds to put in but takes over a minute with the remote only to dissapear whin it didn't connect. UGGGGHH I still want one of these at home as I purchased for a group home. Would love if the sold an optional polycarb cover to protect the screen.

Awesome TV with Roku Built-In
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has been great. I bought it for my game room and have not regretted it. The TV is a great size and quality, very sharp picture (see what I did there). I have all SHARP TVs, but this is my first to be internet connected. The built-in roku allows fast and easy access to apps like netflix and amazon prime streaming. I have two blu-ray players with LAN internet and this wireless TV is still the fastest and best streaming quality for netflix and other internet apps. I can't recommend it enough!

It a great bed room tv.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv has great picture was easy to set up and I heard many mix reviews about it but. Think it is great. The one thing is that the sound is not that loud so you want to get a sound bar but other than that picture is good and the definition is great.

Good Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to say that having never owned a Smart Television before I was in the dark on how to set one up. This television and Roku were very easy and quick to get going. For the price it has exceeded my expectations. Sure you can find better sound or a better picture, but for someone like myself that does not watch a lot of television, this is more than sufficient. I love the Roku system.

Great TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great TV with great features at a great price. Picture is really crisp and the colors are very good. The built-in Roku software works very well. A lot of people complained about not being able to change the settings. They are right where they should be and almost everything is customizable. So I have to say it must be user error. Also not having digits on the remote is more of a pro than a con if you have cable. I haven't tried it with OTA channels but I can't imagine it would be too bad to go through the 5-6 channels that are available over the air anyway.

Read setup instructions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I, like many people do not read setup instructions especially for a TV. Well, after using the TV for a few days I was frustrated that the TV would always start with the Roku screen. Well, after reading the manual I was able to change that to start with my Cable TV box as default starting point. If I want to then I can choose other Input modes. Overall I am very happy with this TV.
