Great Smart TV, It comes with Roku System, have mostly everything you need. The only thing I wish they could per install in the USB media player app on the Start screen. It took me few days the found out, I have to download it from the Roku App Store.

I bought this TV as an open box item. The TV itself has a great picture, but I am unable to connect to a wireless router in order to utilize the Roku built in. After reading some reviews, apparently this is a common defect with these TVs. One suggestion was to plug it into a hard wire to get it connected to the Internet, but the TV has no Ethernet port. Luckily I have my own Google Player that works well, but it is likely if you buy the TV you will have to buy an external Roku as the built in router will be defective. Had I paid full price I would have taken it back. But the open box price was good enough that I couldn't get a TV with as good a picture without built in Roku for a better price.

I got this TV as part of a package, so the price was great. The Roku is convenient, however, my only complaint is that it will have trouble playing videos from USB that my non-Roku, older Sharp Aquos with USB port will play with no problems. MKV files in particular will have more problems than others.

I only dont like how you have to select hdmi every time you turn on tv.

This is our first flat screen tv. It is awesome, because it needs no cables or wires. It picks up the Netflix through the wifi, and cable is built in (we have a subscription). I even attached a small antenna for free antenna tv. This works perfectly for our teens who are very tech savvy.

Picture quality is not to bad. We have this tv as our spare tv

i loved the roku TV but the screen clarity was not good at all.

I brought this TV for my daughter's room and she loves it. She loves the built-in Roku feature. It's very convenient and easier than purchasing a stand alone streaming media player. The response is fast and resolution great. It won't blow you away but it great for the price.

I bought this TV and at first, people discouraged me to buy it saying it was a "cheap" product. However after a couple months using it, I have confirmed it is one of the best acquisitions I ever made. Thanks!

great downloads, does not play well with cable. It's just OK

I purchased this as an open box item. I was assured that belonged in the box was there. My husband didn't trust that so he decided to have to sales person double check. Turned out several things were missing. The sales associate provided substitutions free of charge. I got it home and began to set it up. Initially it found my internet connection BUT it wouldn't connect. It kept telling me that the password was incorrect. Then the television froze and reset. After that it never found my internet connection again so it was basically useless. If I wanted a regular television I would have purchased one. What's the point of having a television with Roku built in if you can't utilize the Roku features? I returned the television after 2 weeks.

Good quality tv easy remote to handle light weight

This was an inexpensive Smart TV. Picture is good. My only complaint, is the port for the sound to external speakers does not work. I bought this as an open box item. For the price I will keep it.

This is my first Tv for my room and I really like it. The only thing is that I wished it had free channels because if you do not have cable/satellite you won't be able to watch channels. Without these channels you will just watch Netflix, Hulu etc.

Bought this item open box in "excellent" condition. Came with the wrong remote and the wireless card in the TV doesn't function properly. Picture on the TV is shifted heavily red and there is no easy way to adjust this, especially without the correct remote. Since buying the TV I've been getting five to ten spam emails from Best Buy per day no matter how many times I unsubscribe. I haven't bought anything from Best Buy in a long time and after this experience I definitely won't be buying anything from them ever again.

You will get the most out of your TV if you have a decent internet connection but I was surprising pleased to see that even just with a standard antenna the image quality was great and for this price you really can't go wrong

Good picture clarity. Slow coming on but good once it is on. Don't like that I have to keep selecting cable box every time I turn it on. There must be some way around that I just don't know about. Otherwise no complaints.

I bought this for an older family member. They were not going to be needing 4k so that saved a couple hundred bucks. Image on this TV was clear so far. Set up to internet was easy with a few buttons and about 15 minutes.

My daughter and I both were shopping for a new tv and she talked me into a Roku tv. There were many options and after reading the reviews and knowing the size I wanted. It was an easy choice. Happy shopping!

The Sharp LC-43LB371U is a very good LED for your money. The built in ROKU is a fantastic edition. Very easy set up and surprising good color. Took a few tweaks to optimize. Perfect as a second bedroom TV.
