Was looking for a 4k tv and was met instantly by a rep. He was very knowledgeable about various TV models and their functionality. His recommendation turned out to be just what I was looking for.

This TV cannot pick-up a Wi-FI signal (I have five other devices that pick up the signal everyday-no problem- no problem ever). You're told to hard-wire it- if you have this issue- guess what? Hard Wire your smart TV? This TV is not very smart. There's NO Ethernet Port- that makes hard-wiring difficult... Save yourself a nightmare- this thing is nothing but CLASS A JUNK- tried to call Best Buy about it- three phone calls and a 58 minute hold got me nowhere. ROKU is useless in terms of customer service- SHARP is worse. Don't buy this

We bought this TV for the patio and did not want to spend a lot of money. The added bonus is now we can watch Netflix and WatchESPN outdoors.

TV installed by Geek Squad with wall mount. Great job guys! But after 3 weeks, there are problems with the picture. Various streaks of color are showing intermittently. Just getting ready to call for warranty relief. On the plus side, remote functions great with Netflix button right on remote. When working correctly the picture is sharp with great color.

This product is well made and the sound, picture and wifi is very good. I miss the numbers on the remote but other than that no complaints

It's an awesome tv with built in Roku, the only slight con is that sometimes it take a minute or two to connect to wifi. But I love having all my apps on demand on my TV set..

The picture is great on this tv, but the sound is absolutely TERRIBLE. I have to turn it up past 40 to even be able to hear it.

The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because, you don't get a browser unless you pay for it. The free fire fox just doesn't work. Other then that it works great.

When it works it's a fine tv. Nothing out of this world but it does what it needs to. However I've had some issues with this tv. Ironincally, it's an internet tv that has a lot of issues connecting to the internet. Within a month, it couldn't see any wireless networks, even though every other device did...The Geek Squad came in and fixed it. Now (since last week) it's gotten worse since it doesn't even let you get to a point where you can look for a network, it just restarts itself every so often.

Great TV, only issue I have is when you start it up the sound defaults to a higher volume level that we would like. Need to see if there is a way to change that setting

I like this tv because you can connect it to wifi and you can use all the features and apps included. It comes handy for my niece that likes to watch movies on Netflix.

Great TV. Worth the cost. It would be 5 stars but it freezes every week or so, just needs to be turned off and back on to fix. No big deal but an inconvenience.

The TV was great while it lasted, but barely got 3 years out of it before it stopped working. The cost to fix it was more than a new TV.

I purchased this TV for a very great price I like it fire the fact that the roku software is in the TV already so you don't need multiple devices hooked up.

Love the tv, narrow viewing angle ie gray film if you to far to one side. Roku was a little hard to navigate at first steep learning curve but great now.

Purchased this TV about 4 months ago. Has worked perfectly so far. Picks up wireless internet in part of house where other devices struggle doing so

This tv is great but I can't get on the World Wide Web with it. This is unfortunate but I guess that's why it was priced the way it was.
