Black levels are poor even after calibration but most won't notice. Skip on using the smart features as they're slow and clunky. If you are going to connect it to the Internet you have to create a roku account and once you get to that page you cannot back out unless you restart the TV. Sound is poor as expected.

Best Buy says too late to return and Geek Squad doesn't cover this. Too bad $400 down the drain but it's not their problem. They area filing a claim against UPS and said our only other recourse is the manufacturer. Second time Best Buy won't make a broken purchase right. I'd be a fool to purchase from them again.

nice tv easy to get set up
