    Worked Perfectly- Until it Didn't

    I got this TV about a year and a half ago with my roommates and we loved it- worked perfectly. We moved with it to our new house this year, still working great, but about a week ago the Roku couldn't stay connected to the internet, and the TV would restart itself randomly, both making it impossible to stream television. I tried everything- factory reset, network reset, system update, unplugging both TV and internet modem, nothing worked (I also have two other TVs in my house connecting to the internet just fine). I called Best Buy and they said for the amount it would cost to have someone come out and repair it, I might as well just buy a Fire Stick or a new TV. Took his advice and got a Fire Stick, which solved my internet problem, but the TV was still shutting on and off randomly, which made it miserable watching TV. We had to get a new TV entirely. I've heard stories about technology crashing right when your warranty would have expired, super bummed to see it happen in real life. Long story short- great TV, doesn't last.

    Decent TV even with flaws

    I purchased this TV as a present for my fiancé last November. 3 weeks ago a horizontal line showed up in the middle of the TV which then spread in a matter of weeks. I called Best Buy as TV was still under warranty and they sent out a tech to try to resolve the issue. Tech could not fix and they replaced TV without issue. I have later found out that this line issue happens to many TV brands. I am thankful to Best Buy and the Geek Squad for their timely resolution. If you are worried about this situation happening; the additional warranty would be a good purchase as after the manufacturer’s warranty is up you would be out of luck.

    We love a classic Roku TV. No fancy bells and whistles, just the apps I need. This TV has lasted us forever.

    I was skeptical to buy an open box electronic but I am so happy that I did. Great tv and sound. Clear picture! Perfect smart tv to take outside for bbq and use as a treat for the sunroom, treadmill and the kids. Best $82 spent!!

    Useless without extended warranty

    Bought this two years ago. Reset itself randomly but I didn't think it was a big deal. Fast forward to a week ago when it wouldn't connect to the internet, it reset itself, and it froze. I've been on the phone with customer service three times and they just keep telling me to reset it which works for about 20 minutes. Although it's agreed to be a manufacturing defect, they won't do anything to fix or replace it without a $100 fee first. I do not recommend Sharp because it's poor quality but if you do buy this tv, get the extended warranty.

    Only 8 months old, issues with bad delays, delays when using the remote to navigate, has audio sync issues with live tv apps. Don't have the receipt & no longer have the box, wish I could return it & get my money back.

    Want to like but drops internet

    I have owned the TV for nearly a year. It has worked fine except for not pulling WiFi well. I changed from lame router to google mesh WiFi. It has been better until a month or two ago it started dropping internet connection nearly daily. Only remedy is unplug and wait for darn thing to reboot every time.

    Bad Wifi card Sharp - 43" Class - Smart Roku

    I purchased this TV as a Christmas and Birthday gift for a relative. It would not connect to Wifi and I could not return the new TV to Best Buy because of the return policy for online orders. I spent 3 hours on the phone with a Sharp representative who determined that I needed a Wifi card so they contacted the Geek Squad. The representative arrived at my home only to determine that a part needed to be ordered. The same part that was mentioned during my 3 hour phone call with a Sharp representative a week before. I took off from work to have the repair completed which never happened. I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service offered by Best Buy and the manufacturer. It would have been easier for them to just replace the TV.

    Bought this TV 07/17 and the display has already went out. Best Buy said that it could not be returned or exchanged because it is outside of the return period. Very dissatisfied with this product.

    First TV in my life to run less than 2 years

    The TV actually worked fine without any problems since I bought it in-store. Suddenly one morning for no reason the screen started showing multiple lines and the TV was gone. Never has that happened to me for any past TV, even for one's from 80's. I am changing to another brand now.

    TV just stopped working.

    I bought this TV on August 16th. Its Sept 16, and i came home, hit the power button on my remote, and it wouldn't work. The light on the TV isn't even on anymore. I've done nothing to it, haven't moved it since i bought it. Idk if i can get a refund on this TV but I'm definitely reaching out to Sharpe to get my money or a new TV. Brand new TV just stopped working for no reason at all. My TCL smart tv lasted a year without issues ::smh:: Sharpe, upgrade your products.

    Worst TV ever. Never stays connected to wifi. Called comcast and they said signal strength was perfect and that it made no sense the other smart TV’s in our house were able to connect to the wifi. Apps never work on tv, they just crash. The whole tv is junk.

    Old Fashioned Tv

    What a piece of junk! This TV doesn't even have an ethernet port. Doesn't have a modern Cat5 port. If you have a new house and want to connect your TV to the internet, you cannot connect HDMI here to a Ethernet. This piece of junk will need to be returned, which is such a pain. This TV is from the 1990s. Very frustrating.

    Fine picture. And that's about it. This TV will shut down to update whenever it wants to. Im connected to wifi and at least once a day, I have to reboot the whole system. My internet has been cleared of any issues, but I have to reconnect to my wifi daily. I put the TV to the curb after 1 year.

    Roku app doesnt work on voice search android no work, apple yes work 5 hours with tech help was useless Mismanaged product - will return roku no good, tech no good
