We got this for my 85 year old mother in law. She was scared of the tech but after a few minutes with the remote in hand she was in love with it. Will be buying one soon for my father.

I was looking for a TV that maintained the traditional TV experience and found it. It works very well and have the cable tv apps so I do not need an additional cable box

Remote is just a roku remote . Plain and boring . T.v also got a black line down the middle after only 14 days of buying this t.v. and had to take back . But picture was decent while it lasted

This was a Great deal. I have not been able to update the OS software, but I don't really use the Roku, so it isn't a big deal to me. But Others might, so I took a star off the review for that. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

This is a great TV for a bedroom and to play games/watch movies on. The built-in ROKU makes it easy to switch from Game console to tv to roku simple - 1 REMOTE!!!

Got this tv as a certified open box which is always a great deal. Got 2 yr geek squad too. It’s a good tv but picture isn’t like a Samsung. It’s good though. For me, picture not worth double the $ that the Samsung would have been.

This Television was a gift for my 19-year-old son and it is exactly what he was looking for he needed the TV for your room that he could play his video games on and it is perfect for him

This TV has great HD 4K quality. The sound isn’t fantastic, but we have a sound bar and sub that really enhance the sound quality. (We purchased our sound system at Best Buy as well)

This tv is almost foolproof! It has become the most popular tv in our house. The remote is small but you can set up a roku remote on your tablet which is very nice.

I love this television. With my family’s DirectTV subscription, I don’t even need to connect it to satellite/cable. Most of the apps are very easy to use and have a nice interface.

This is my 3rd such TV set. I thoroughly enjoy their products. It is of great quality and well-built. I definitely recommend this TV. Great product at great value.

I just purchased this tv at a great price from Best Buy on 6/1/19. I had it wall-mounted in my new apartment and am veemry pleased with the performance and value.

At the time of this review this TV is state of the art in technology, it is worth the price. By this time next year this review will be obsolete due to evolving--QLED--technology.

I can't really rate this as I gave it for a gift to my son. He says it's very good but the remote is pretty basic, too basic in fact. You may end up getting a universal remote.

I purchased this TV for my daughter when she moved away to college. It’s lightweight, and comes with several apps preinstalled. Very little set up required.

I want to my parents house and they needed something to watch so i opted for this TV because it was affordable and my family isn't really into all the high tech stuff.

I love this tv, I am not much of a movie watcher but I could play video games all day. This along with my xbox one s is the perfect combination for an amazing gaming experience!

Great deal on what is the best TV manufacturer in history. A little tough to manage the smart features for a beginner, but once its setup the rest is smooth sailing.

The picture on this TV is great. Smart feature and ease of use, great. Sound is awful. Have to turn it up 3/4 of the way to actually hear it, in a quiet, kid free home. Luckily, this tv is in a space where it’s not used much. Unfortunately I discovered the sound issue 17 days after I purchased it, and Best Buy wouldn’t let me exchange it.

It is still doing its job. No issues at all. Happy with the purchase. No regrets... about the purchase.
