Is a very good package for the money paid. It did however stop working after 10 and a half month. It simply would not turn on. Led light on the bottom is dead and best buy say no return. I would not buy this again.

Dead on arrival

I have owned Sharp tv’s in the past and was looking forward to owning again. Picked it up mounted to my wall went through the initial set up, all good so far. Then went to hdmi to watch my direct tv nothing. Message displayed no signal, figured I would just reboot my genie and we will be good to go. I could see the restart process on the screen so I know there is some signal going to the tv. But after start up the tv would not pick up the signal, switched over to another hdmi input but still the same results. Called geek squad and they said take it back it is a bad board. Now I have to take it off the wall and haul it back for a replacement not cool! Decided now to stick with Sony and could not be happier. Never again as I have learned my lesson I will never buy anything but Sony or Panasonic as their tv’s for me have been bulletproof.

It's not as crisp as I expected

Will update the review of the TV after we put it through its paces.. Enjoy the ease of integrated Roku and lots of content. Registration Issue- Odd part is that the quick instructions send you to a SharpTV support site which does not list the product. Wrote to Sharp Customer support to advised me that I could not register with them, that this model was made soley for Best Buy, and that I had to place a call to a specified number. I did so and had to register phone. The quick start sheet should have not steered me to one place to find out I had to CALL another. The quick start sheet also sent me to that same website for instruction manual but that didnt work since it of course did not list the model number. No reviews for this TV so we purchased on faith and with hope that it would work out. crossing our fingers
