Wow. I have never owned such a crisp high quality TV. Roku has it's moments, specially using Netflix, not life threatening. The side angle on this TV is what I was most impressed with. Can watch a ball game from the side and see that three get landed.

Just purchased this TV for my Mom. Very impressed with the ease of setup and the amount of settings. You can setup the device to automatically start with any input you choose. Was concerned that the volume might be an issue because of my Mom's age and some of the reviews. All I can say is that volume is NOT an issue. The TV's volume can get very loud and my elderly mother has no problems hearing this TV. 3 HDMI inputs one of which is ARC, USB and a Rca input. Plenty of inputs for normal use.

Excellent picture and sound also great with ps5 .. UI is smooth and responsive! Has private listening if you have the app on your phone and headphones. Highly recommend!

The picture is great on this TV. In the beginning I had issues with understanding the ROKU system and wish I asked more questions. Other than getting use to the ROKU System it is a great TV.

This TV provides everything you could need. The Roku app is great and can be controlled with the remote or your smart device. Easy to add channels. Would buy again.

Very easy to stream on a ROKU TV and setup. I had my daughter set it up in her room. I connect to the wireless network by herself and was watching TV in her room in no time,

The picture on this for the price is great. The controller has no source button and switching between inputs is wonky. I had to try 6 different HDMI cables (all known working on the prior TV) before 1 worked for my devices. Used all available programming codes for my cable box remote and none of them were able to control the TV itself. I will be exchanging this TV for another brand in hopes of better luck.

Although many find this TV easy to use and colors are acceptable. The Roku interface is fast enough about the same as my Roku 3. But not up to Roku 4 or better. It seems to be a hybrid between the 2. The Bad News: 1. The Roku Implementation is not on par with a Roku 4 or better. It does not support x265 hevc encoding. So when you watch Netflix you won't get the true 4k experience, it has to transcode to x264. Same with other services. X265 uses a lot less bandwidth. The Netflix images where blurrier on 4k than normal HD content. 2. Up scaling compared to other TV's seemed to make image worse. 3. Don't expect firmware upgrades as this is a special item just for BestBuy. Sharp now owns Hisense. I have a Hisense 55" 4k and it has a built in x265 decoder, 1080p x265 content play's back much more clearly than Netflix 4k. 4. The tv is highly integrated with the Roku device. This makes display changes a pain, you have to transverse many menu's. Sure you can use a streaming box that supports true 4k content and x265 encoding, but that seems like a waste. x265 encoding is the future this TV's hardware and Roku implementation are obsolete.

Very user friendly setup. With a few tweaks, absolutely stunning picture. The sound is adequate for medium to small room. Over all, one fantastic buy...

I've had this tv since 2018. Its still in perfect condition. Haven't had a problem yet.

Wanted a Roku tv and this one seemed nice enough for a third room. Price was right. Sound is awful but there were settings to improve it. Picture is good. When it works. While watching live tv the picture suddenly fast forwards while the sound stays normal. The only way to reset it is to back out and go back in. This is the only tv Of four that behaves this way. The other three are LG, Samsung and Insignia. All Roku and same channels and they work fine.

The is great except the sound quality is not good it's very low it should be much louder if I have it on 60 and 70 you definitely need to have a soundbar with it

I'm not the type of person who ever notices something like this (boyfriend comments how many pixels or how his tv was a better picture than the one I had, and I could never tell the difference), but I can tell on this.. picture is not good at all. For me to notice, that means it's probably pretty bad for someone who really cares about that.

This tv has had issues since the day I got it, increasing in frequency. Some apps will play fine, and others, specifically Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu will not. They buffer constantly, the audio doesn't match the picture, or they just won't load. And it is not my wifi. I can switch over to my PS4 and stream just fine on the same TV using the same wifi. Or I can switch over to the NHL app and watch hockey games in perfect quality with no lag. If I unplug it and let it sit, they will work, but only for about a day. I have had it for about 8 months and it is to the point where I have to unplug it every day. The Geek Squad is coming out to replace the main board or main frame this week, but save yourself the trouble and do not buy this tv.
