It was easy to assemble and light weight to handle. I didn’t keep it because it didn’t fit in my space. Best Buy quickly and kindly accepted my return.

Great sound system

Checked the wires and had them plugged in the back wrong. Got it straightened out and the static is gone and the sound is great!

(The last Sharp 5-disc player only lasted a short time before it ate my CD's and stopped playing.) I just hope this one lasts a bit longer. This is my 3rd new stereo in 18 months. It has been so frustrating to find a replacement for my old shelf system that lasted 15 years. I can't even get these new ones to last 1 year! Yes, the sound is clear... but the bass is very weak, with hardly a difference with the "boost." I did as I intended and hooked it up to my speakers from another brand CD player that stopped working after about 6 months. I really enjoy the sound with the old speakers. I can adjust the settings with the new remote.
