DO NOT BUY SHARP 5 DISC MICRO SYSTEM

I bought the Sharp 5 disc Micro System from Best Buy on December 3rd, 2022 as a Christmas gift for my wife. The remote stopped working in March of 2023. I called Sharp support and they told me the remote only has a 30 day warranty and I would have to pay $58.00 to replace it. That is ridiculous!! I have never had a remote control go bad in my life! I am done buying Sharp products!
