Customer service says that it’s expected that it switch from tuner to Bluetooth. I was advised to turn off all Bluetooth devices nearby. Totally unacceptable and not working as designed when the stereo and remote clearly has different modes, such as CD, tuner, Bluetooth, etc. Also, now, even with Bluetooth off, it will not shut down. I do not live in an apartment with nearby neighbors. I also now have to unplug the stereo To shut it down. It keeps coming back on. awful garbage lasted less than a year.

With Bluetooth / remote / USB all satisfactory!! Radio not much of fine tuning.. other than that excellent

It's cheap!

This system was inexpensive, did not realize speakers "had wires," until I bought it, could not find a place in my apartment where it looked good. Big and clunky, sound was just ok.

Almost what we wanted.

We purchased this to use in our cabin where there is not much for entertainment. We have CD's that we still enjoy and hoped this would be like a jutebox and play one after the other once loaded. NOT SO MUCH. The music will be playing fine and suddenly stop in the middle every now and then. The display will usually say "Bluetooth" and we have to cycle back to "CD" to resume playing. Having to recycle the selection 4 or 5 times a day is annoying.
