I was a little unsure if this tv would be good since it wasn't pricey, but it has held up better than other brands that are more expensive. One downside to the tv is that you do have to turn it up really high when you play movies. I am not sure why, but other than that there are no complaints.

I was in need of a TV for my bedroom after my old TV stopped working. I wanted at least a 40 inch, so when I saw the price of this TV, I had to check it out. I use Apple TV, so the lack of smart features was not important to me. So far after 1 month it has a great picture and some cool features like custom names for inputs. The only thing I don't like about this TV, but many are made this way as of recent, is the 'feet' instead of an actual stand. It just limits the stands you can safely use with the TV. Otherwise it's great and I would recommend it.

This TV had everything I was looking for, and nothing extra that I did not need nor wish to pay for. After doing a little research, I realized there was nothing that a smart TV would offer me that I could not get with the use of a simple and inexpensive streaming device. This 'dumb' TV was a smart deal for me.

For the money this isn't a bad tv. I had an older Sony with speakers in the front so I miss that. I really have to turn it up louder to hear it good. My only other complaint is the hdmi inputs. They are on the side instead of the back so you really need to crease them to try and tick out of the way

Love it the size the picture the quality it's in my bedroom so at movie time all of my 7 kids and I are laying in my king size bed watching it

Bought in 11/2015. For the past month, we've noticed a darker horizontal strip in the picture that gradually started expanding downward. The screen completely stopped working today. TV turns on, but screen stays black. 3.5 yrs is ridiculous for a TV to last with the infrequent use this set got. Was happy with the picture quality and the amount of inputs. The audio was always terrible, but we used external speakers when sound was important. Would never recommend this set to anyone given it's horrible audio and failure so soon.

Worked fine for about a year and a half then the screen went dark. Bought another sharp and the volume would jump real high randomly. Moral of the story: spend a little more and get LG

I bought this to mount behind my bar in my basement. It fit the space PERFECTLY and gives everyone a pretty decent view. I bought this an "open box" so the price was awesome. Picture quality is tolerable and sound quality is decent.. Overall pretty good deal

We needed a TV for an expo and for the price and size, this one fits the bill! It was lightweight and easy to carry around. The pictures of our business were crystal-clear.
