I suspect that it was a return and hadn't been inspected or certified, Called customer service to report and spent nearly an hour on hold. Returned the damaged TV to the nearest Best Buy and purchased another but paid more because it wasn't an open box model. The next day another TV appears on my doorstep with another full price charged to my credit card. Returned that item also. I will say that customer service at the Avon,OH. store was excellent. 4 weeks later the same model goes on a Black Friday sale for $130.00 less than the "sale" price I paid. Very disappointed with Best Buy and won't be shopping there in the future.
