Good my kids haven't destroyed it yet, that's what happened to the last one

We got this tv for our youth movie nights at church, works great so far!

This television is good quality for average use and was at a good price.

I purchased my 50 inch screen TV and now just a little over 2 years the picture is gone. Best Buy says hey your warranty expired on 12/2017. I call Sharp and they tell me to contact Best Buy Corporate for further assistance. Will never buy another SHARP product.

The reason I chose this TV is because I've had a Vizio that cost about 500$ since 2009. Going on 7 years soon and it's incredible. So I don't just put faith in a name, processing picture engine, or refresh rates. I go with what I like, and this is what I chose. Also because of the price, no offense to hardcore TV folks, but paying thousands of dollars on a new 4k is just insane. You could get a nice used car for the price of some of these suckers. It's just a TV, they all have a picture, sound, color and most people use them for movies, TV, and some gaming. Period. I always (usually) go with what every one else DOESN'T have. I've found that many of these brands, that have been around for years, still make great quality stuff. Time will tell as far as reliability goes. But I will say I tried two Sony's, had great colors, contrast, darks, but horrible viewing angles. And one had a green line running down the center of the screen. The second had one bad HDMI port. And there were only 2. Samsungs "craftsman" ship is the pits. It has a good picture, but it's nothing special compared to this. And they are overpriced imo. LG seems good and good quality, but just doesn't interest me. Vizio, well I've already owned one and it's been great. I read the reviews and for the size and price, you can't beat this. Sadly Toshiba has went the way of the DOE DOE with it's last stand of a TV for 299$. So I chose not to go that route since it was a black friday deal. And their track record is horrible, and they use to be great. Also they stopped producing TV's all together. So not to sound long winded, but this has a great picture. No fancy Trumotion, Xmotion, Motionplus, yada yada. Just a good 1080p TV that does what it's suppose to. With very "natural" colors, that don't look computerized or overly processed like more expensive sets. Which is what I want. I don't like watching orange faces, or playing games that look like they are moving excessively fast. It's nauseating. Especially for a TV this size. I've played a few PS4 games, great. Two movies so far, great. I don't use cable since it's worthless (to me). I just use Netflix, and movies I've downloaded. And listen to music through it as well, with my 560w sound system. All I need. So happy camper here, and I didn't spend nearly a grand on it to be happy. So enjoy. Yes it's worth it, something goes wrong. It has a warranty, just like all the others (wink)

Cheap tv- not a straight picture - junk my husband purchased for family would not have chosen

I love my new tv, plus it is a smart tv.I can do almost everything I ever wanted with it thank u so much

My stepdaughter got a new apartment and wanted a big screen television so you guys were a perfect match

I would not buy this sharp brand again do to the volume

We bought this TV in August of 2015. This morning, there is no picture on the screen. Just POOF! and it's gone! We bought a smaller Insignia brand HDTV in 2011 and it's still working fine. There is ZERO reason this should have happened in just over 2 years! ZERO. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!

Had this Tv for 2 years, blacklight went out. I called Sharp and they said Sorry past one year warranty, and couldn't do anything. I called a few Tv repair places and they all said it's a throw away Tv. Can't repair them. So if you want a Tv that will last less then 2 years, this is your Tv.

Would highly recommend this product which has great clarity to a friend.
