The value on this product is everything that people say. It has everything that a much more expensive television has, for a much more affordable price.

This does have Smart TV features but I can't type in a web address and get to it. It was a gift for my mom, who really doesn't use that feature but when I'm visiting I wanted to be able to use it.

TV is a bit slow to respond to buttons pushed on remote control. Remote is also quite simplistic and takes some getting used to as no buttons are labelled, it's all icons.

The picture quality is excellent! The sound is very good. We don't even need a sound bar for it. My only contention is that setting it up can seem complicated and that it glitched a couple of times before I could set it up. Watching movies on it is great! The blu-ray player synced perfectly with the TV and the movies play without a problem. I would recommend this TV to someone who is comfortable navigating technology and setting systems up. If not comfortable, then I'd either ask for help or buy a TV that's a little more user friendly.

I ended up buying separate Roku boxes for my other TV's because the platform is so great. Nice picture and sound. I have had it for almost a yr and no issues at all.
