We received the tv without a remote called the 800 number they sent us to the store no issues gave us one. A++++ on customer service. Tv is great would recommend to anyone

We brought it home, and it was really easy to set up and connect to our satellite dish, Xbox, etc. We love having a Netflix button right on the remote. Really enjoying it!

Definitely an upgrade from our other tv. Interesting remote but it's cool once you get the hang of it. Resolution is great!

We love the color and hi-def sound. We have been able to use the prime feature also.

Size appearance no different (I believe) than iPad Air 2. Screen may notice slightly enhanced picture. Stero (4 speakers) sounds a bit better, camera, seems a lot nicer, 4K video motion plus. Have not had it long enough to say processor is faster, so far seems about the same. If your happy with your iPad Air 2, I wouldn't rush out to purchase this Pro version. Just like most apple products, it works well.

Bought it for the family room for video games, Netflix and tv watching. Works great and love the built in Roku software.

I was trying to get a 40 inch smart TV for my sister when I came cross this one, the price for it was close enough to the 40 inch Samsung smart TV. I purchased it online and sent it to her, she received it on time. I asked her how she like it and she has been really happy with it that she want to take it back with her overseas. If I would go to 50 inch TV, i will definitely go with this one

I bought this TV for my kids to watch YouTube and play console games. It appears to be good so far and no complain form them. It keeps them occupied in their room.
