I bought this tv for my parents to replace their old tv. It worked great for a year of heavy use (my family has the tv on all day long). One day it just stopped working. I contacted customer service who was great and we ended up returning to Best Buy for a full refund and upgraded to a new 4k tv. I also have a Sharp myself for several years and it's still running strong. Definitely recommend Best Buy.

This is a great TV for the price. Good images, and having the ROKU app built in is a huge plus.

I like the Roku part but it is inconvenient having to use two remotes since I am using a cable box. Volume control is on the Roku remote.

This is a great TV, the HULU integration is awesome and makes things so easy. My only complaint is that I have not been able to program my cable remote to bypass the TVs homescreen. Because of that, I have to have both remotes on hand. It's not an enormous hassle but I do wish there was a workaround.

I purchased this product as a gift for a friend. The salesman seem very knowledgeable and said that is a very popular item. He was very thorough and very helpful with the selection process. After we purchased and gave the television as a gift, our friend was been very pleased with everything that it does. Good Quality picture a good value for the money

LOVE THE APPS THE PICTURE QUALITY NICE SIZE AND EASY TO USE

Easy to use and very clear picture. A lot of features that we haven't even explored yet. Love watching Netflix on the big screen.

Tv works great, bought it for my grandparents who are in their 80's and the y love it. Hook up was easy and picture is fantastic.

This tv is so easy to set up and use. The Roku remote makes navigating super easy. It has great sound and a wonderful picture.

I like the TV... Only thing i would say is if you do not want to have to use multiple remote controls then get a different tv... Or at least get this tv with out the Royku feature. With this one having Royku installed even though we have programed the cable remote to the tv. You still have to use other remote first then cable television one. However the sound is clear and the picture is clear and very crisp

Very Happy with this Purchase. This Tv is up with the times and I don"t have to have different systems hooked up to even get Netflix or even You tube. The Down side is the Cable Remote but I can live with it. The remote for the TV is so EASY my age 15 month old grandbaby can work it! :)

Great tv for great price. It is specific for roku use but we love our roku's already so it was exactly what we wanted.
