    I bought this TV for my parents because I wanted something simple for them to use with Netflix. The interface is easy enough to use and understand for them, but there have been a couple of instances where the TV froze and needed to be unplugged to work again. The was only an issue when using Netflix so far.

    I purchased this TV on sale for $299 BB online, arrived with t broken screen, took back to local store for exchange. very pleased with it. The picture is very clear, the sound is good - the built in Roku system work good. Just a little slow setting up.

    I bought it as hoping it would be and end all be all SmartTv, but it's just ok. The TV loads slowly and takes too long to turn on. Crunchyroll is hit or miss and the remote sensor isn't very good. I do enjoy being able to manage the TV from my phone and the ability to name my HDMI channels.
