He said that the picture quality was spotty and that it wasn't as clear as it should be. After just one week he returned the tv and paid $100 more to upgrade to a Samsung for better picture quality.

The picture is very clear, interface seems nice. I have a Westinghouse from a previous black Friday sale, which I paid the same price for, and they don't even compare.
