This past week, it finally turned off and never came back. Screen is still on , but the software is gone. Pretty unacceptable for a television that has been used less than 50 hours and is less than 90 days old. I'm going through the warranty process right now. Do your homework. Sharp was purchased by Hisense. While this TV is a best buy exclusive - and thats not a bad thing- its actually made by Hisense. That brand has terrible reliability. So buy your warranties or pay a little more for a better brand, because in the long run it will pay off.
