All condition notes are to be displayed on the unit, and satisfactory rating is to include only essential accessories but maybe missing non-essential accessories like user manuals mounts or stands and retail packaging. there was an obvious lack of retail packaging which was notated and expected however there was no notation that it was missing the OEM voice enhanced remote required in order to access smart features or basic setup. that's why I'm unable to provide a detailed review as to the functionality or usage of this device because I am unable to use it. I am actively working with the manufacturer Sharp, Roku to resolve this issue and I will edit my review if I'm ever able to utilize features beyond just on and off.
