First TV had glitchy software like static from bad antenna reception. Second had a giant yellow horizontal line right in the middle. I should have known to be wary when I saw the TV delivered sideways. The third TV flickered like crazy! I felt guilty exchanging it so many times, but Best Buy gave me no problems whatsoever and were even supportive.
