||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure if it is the TV itself or what but the roku (embedded in the tv) play directly through the tv buffers too much and takes too long for the screen to be clear when trying to watch live tv. However, it can't be my internet speed because playing the cable apps through the xbox or even a roku stick in another room, works perfectly fine and screen is clear. For a Smart TV, this TV isn't that smart at all so a little disappointed as it was a gift to my bf.

I used all of the suggestions about switching plugs and using the reset button. Geek Squad said that it was probably the power unit, and because of COVID-19 and Best Buy refusing to think outside of the normal repair in this time of abnormality, I will now be without a TV during a shut in for who knows how long. No thanks Best Buy. You and your TV stink.
