    Picture quality at times not too good. I expected a clearier view but their are times that it is not that good.

    The product is great but the rewards program thru Best Buy if you have a Best Buy card is not good at all. So pay cash!

    At the low ticket price I should have known what to expect. Horrible backlighting issues that jump around on dark screens. Would not recommend this if you really want the 4K experience. No better than my old 1080p.

    I purchased this TV in the 50s and the 43 in and for some strange reason the 43 in has a much better picture

    First tv had a huge white anomaly on the screen, the second replacement tv was super dim couldn’t brighten it. The third one, cross your fingers seems ok. Roku remote conflicts are a real hassles with Xfinity but t that’s another issue as well as conflicts with my Sony ARC hdmi butbim having geek squad come out and check that out...

    TV no longer has power

    The TV was purchased in Oct 2017 and was working without issue until today. When the TV no longer has any power, no blue LED on the roku device. So the TV is barely over a year old and has failed. I have tried the standard suggestions of unplugging it and waiting. Still no power. The TV has not been moved since it was installed and there have been no electrical surges. Every TV in my house is over 6 years old and have worked without issue since they were purchased. I don't believe that I can recommend a TV that barely lasts a year.

    Good tv for price. Roku channels often don’t authenticate and wireless connection goes offline a lot.

    No way to control TV if remote not working

    This TV is not compatible with Direct TV remote. The TV remote does not work properly which makes it difficult to control the TV. There are no bottoms on TV for volume control. To use the TV App, you will have to pay a fee. This TV is not customer friendly.

    I bought this tv for my Mom because she's a fan of the built in Roku, but the remote quit working at 7 months. I have enjoyed Sharp products for years, but this is extremely frustrating and I can't get any guidance on how to replace the remote.
