I couldn’t use my regular cable remote for volume because a roku tv won’t work that way. Plus it’s like being stuck on a roku channel initially then connecting to regular cable tv channels. I’d rather have a “normal “ smart tv and will be purchasing one as soon as I possibly can.

Happy to get money back no hassle

Great tv, for the first 1.5 yrs

Now it turns off periodically, sometimes in hr intervals, sometimes in 5 min intervals. Even had Geek Squad to my house twice and they have not been able to solve the issue. Quite frustrating that the tv doesn’t even last two years.

Of course, once I got it home, it was not. You have to purchase separately at a cost of $75 + tax. I did not want to purchase and returned tv.
