After 30 days of ownership an very light use. The tv screen suddenly turned blue and want do anything but turn off and on. I've been on hold now 43 minutes trying to make an appointment for service.

All three HDMI ports failed within 1 month of purchase. Very disappointed with this purchase. I so wanted to like this tv...picture quality was good, set-up was a snap, and the price was attractive.

This television has a fairly “dull “ picture. Not nearly as sharp as my 3 year old Vizio. To make matters worse Best Buy sold this TV for about $200 less on Black Friday which was less than half what I paid for it about 6 weeks earlier. Totally bummed out.

I honestly did not like this tv at all. It sucked. You need very good wifi to use its features. It is slow and takes for ever to load. It started to give my problems just months after purchasing it

I brought the TV for my son's birthday. It stayed boxed for about a week and a half. Once he decided where he was going to place the TV he unpacked it, and placed the box in the hallway - the box was tossed out. Thinking that he hooked it up wrong he waited til the next day and the TV was not working. It went from blue screen with white vertical lines on the right to an all white screen to no screen at all.
Unfortunately, I did not get the warranty. This is my third TV I've purchased from Best Buy and I never paid for a warranty. But now I have to pay to get it serviced. So shame on me for not paying extra for the warranty. I just wished I knew why it just wouldn't work.

Worst TV I ever bought

I purchased this TV about a month and a half a ago. Worst TV I ever bought. Worked for two weeks then started showing horizontal and vertical lines. Also looks the internal LED is cracked.
I called Best Buy geek squad to get checked. They said it's panel issue. Called Sharp and they also assigned Geek Squad. Geek Squad just called and said they can't do anything about it. How does a LCD just crack?
Going to call back Sharp to request a knowledgeable tech company to look at it.

Had I not gotten rid of the box I would have returned this television, the roku features aren't compatible with the service provider's remote so I always have to use both remotes to operate the television.

TV power automatically turns off when watching TV. Because I owned it for 18 months and was told that this is made exclusively for Best Buy I was told that in order to have someone look at it I will need to pay money for a service charge. Not worth obtaining this or any other products made exclusively for Best Buy as they are banking on you paying for an extended warranty and do not stand by their products.

TV stopped working with no explanation and no resolution in sight. This TV is a Best Buy branded item. Best Buy has indicated there's nothing they can/will do. So we are stuck with a dead 50" TV. Called Geek Squad and they said since no Geek Squad coverage, we're screwed. It would seem that when you spend $300 (on sale) on a TV it should last more than 2 years. You would also think a long time Best Buy (credit card) customer you'd get better resolution and service.

Initially worked very well as a TV with good resolution and good function, failed almost exactly one month after the initial warranty wore off. No function and unable to repair. No assistance from Sharp technical support. Also come to find out the TV was not manufactured by Sharp, but by Hisense, which is not the typical higher quality of Sharp. Honestly soured me of purchasing another TV from Best Buy. Likely to go somewhere else (looking at Costco and Microcenter). Cannot recommend.
