TV was dented ... Also shadow in the middle of the screen ... It was a Christmas gift for a young couple starting out.
They didn't want to say anything to us, we only noticed it when we watched it for ourselves... Very disappointed? .. (Not a first time buyer with open box purchase).
I have been purchasing things from Bestbuy for years, home and my business, and usually a satisfied customer.
Will have to rethink on future purchases.

After 3 weeks of going back and forth having problems 3 hrs after installation. No tv all, new tv being delivered tomorrow, not a Sharp! Am 74 and disabled, found out I had a New 50" tv with a FRIED MOTHER BOARD. SO ANGRY WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND! I have in the past purchased many Sharp tv's, never again, watch out for Roku!!

Not a good TV for me. Had good apps, but couldn’t maintain internet connection regardless of how many times geek squad replaced motherboard.I exchanged for a Samsung and upgraded size too. Go Samsung or Sony if u can afford to.

Bought this TV at 3:15pm and had to return it an hour later. Came home and set it all up. Plugged in the power cord and the tv started up. All I got was a white screen and nothing else. Then I researched on the internet and found out that a common problem with the motherboard occurs in sharp TVs . Exchanged it for the Samsung UN6900 50in instead!

I bought this TV last year in September thought it was a good one. It was a replacement tv for s Toshiba 50 inch that lasted about 8 months. This TV wasn’t much better it lasted just a week longer than the Warranty. I didn’t buy another one from Best Buy. Decided too buy s cheap one from wal mart, Didn’t want too waste the money again.

A year after I bought this tv it shuts off constantly!! On its own and half the time won’t even come back on for days!! I contacted Best Buy who said to contact Sharp and they were horrible. Just trying to pass blame! I’m very disappointed in the brand I will not purchase a Sharp anything ever again!

Too bright for night time viewing, even on the darkest setting. Colors and brightness are way over exaggerated. Good picture by day in a bright room but unbearably bright to watch after dark even with brightness turned all the way down. I wouldn’t buy again. Disappointed. Useless to me after dark.
