    I purchased this television for my master bedroom however less than 10 months it stopped working. The upside is that it is still under the 1 year warranty and they are sending someone out for repairs. Downside is it will take at least a week before they are able to come out.

    Screen NOT WORKING anymore

    If you plan to buy this, make sure you get the warranty. After 1 month of using the tv, the screen became glitchy then eventually stopped working.

    TV stopped working

    The TV started shutting down on it's own and would not come back on until it was unplugged and reset. I purchased the television December 2017 and it started having issues June 2020.

    Good TV for a great price

    The TV has a great picture. The setup is simple and should only take a few minutes. You'll want to download the ROKU app for your smart device as it allows you to use it as a remote control, listen to the TV privately via your connected smart device, and you can use it to do voice searches. I would also recommend connecting a 16G memory stick so that you can pause live TV, up to 90 minutes. I think most of the remote control complaints would be resolved if people downloaded the ROKU app for their smart phones. The app allows you to use your phone keyboard, or voice, to do searches & data entry. I got this TV on Black Friday for $179 and could not be happier with the purchase.

    I was unsure about this tv because of the low price but let me assure you, there’s nothing to worry about. I’ve now had it for 3 months and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The picture quality is amazing and the Built-in Roku is fast and incredibly easy to use. I primarily watch Netflix, Hulu etc, so I don’t need a remote with numbers. If you’re going to be hooking up cable or satellite, you’ll probably want a different remote. I use a sound bar so can’t comment too much on speaker quality. I only listen to the tv speakers when it’s late at night but I have no complaints there. The 60hz refresh rate is great, it doesn’t give you that weird “almost too real” look if you know what I mean. I

    TV started to show bands on bottom third of screen just 3 weeks into purchase. Have contacted sharp but yet no response.

    Less than a year of use and had to get it repaired once, Netflix and hulu stopped working after a while.

    I purchased this TV on July 10th 2018. Today is June 27th. 2019. The TV died and it's just under a year old! Is anything built to last anymore? Apparently not!

    Couldn’t download Spectrum App (or any App for that matter) picture is decent, all it could be used for was connecting to game. Boooo!

    too soon- at least 3 weeks before I know?? I must say in at least 50 letters. It still works 2 weeks. I will not recommend yet...?

    Overall, I am very satisfied with this TV. The price alone is what sold me on it, but I was pleased to see how well it fares against other top competitors. To be clear, it is not the best TV out there and I won't place it in the same light as LG, Samsung, or Panasonic; but the quality is very comparable and that is saying a lot. The sound is good but it also depends on the room you put it in. If this is for a bedroom or small living area, not even audio experts would complain of the quality, however as the room you are putting this in gets larger the quality of the sound will diminish so keep that in mind. Finally there is the remote. Now, if you are just going to run with applications (HBO, Netflix, etc.) the remote is very convenient and useful. The remote does not have any numbers or any way of flipping through channels (it is a Roku remote after all...) but the Roku interface itself is easy to use and 9/10 times you will have a cable remote for TV viewing anyway so navigating your cable channels wont be hindered. All in all, this is a great TV for the price and you won't find many short comings between this and the more popular brands.

    All this TV does 14 months after purchase is cycle through power up and shut down.
