Had to wait 3weeks for refund. Finally received my Refund and order my TV from Bestbuy.com. I am so happy with the service and condition my brand new TV arrived. Perfect packing, even included unpacking intructions on how to handle your TV. I set the TV up with no hassle. Thanks Bestbuy for excellent service. Now im at home Movie Bingeing on my New TV

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be forewarned that this TV is in fact a Hisense product labeled as a Sharp. I bought 6 of these and have issues with one of them power cycling. After contacting Sharp, I was told that the 1 year warranty is not handled by Sharp but by Best Buys Geek Squad. I am waiting on a technician to come onsite and "troubleshoot" aka swap parts until they get it right. I will update this review once the issue is resolved. I will not be purchasing any Sharp products in the future due to the hoops i had to jump through just to finally get to the point of getting a tech scheduled.

Everything I could want in a tv right? You know the answer (WRONG)! I expect a tv to last more than 2 yrs. It doesn't! 2 tv's in 3 yrs. That's why the manufacturer gives a 1 yr. warranty. But you can buy a store warranty for what 2,3,5 yrs.? Great!! Because you will need it!!!Back light panel cannot be repaired. So if you don't have the extra insurance; Just throw your tv in the garbage because that's where your money went!!!

Stay Away From Sharp. AND Best Buy

No Freeze screen, which is a HUGE drawback - unless you pay $14.99 a month more, that is. Remote control is terrible. Ya know, Best Buy, you COULD have told us some of this as you were selling this TV as "the best TV we could buy for the money". Oh, I forgot. You gotta PAY for that. I do not recommend Sharp anymore. Or Best Buy which was NO help to me. They just want to SELL SELL SELL SELL SELL SELL SELL
