Just bought an set up the TV, it set up quite easily, but disappointed in the picture quality... everything seems washed out, thus no depth to the colors... no probem I'm thinking, so I went into the settings to adjust the picture only to find there ar no adjustments other than brightness...
We were replacing our LG which was 7 years old and thought for sure this TV would be better, but it isn't... The TV also does not allow you to change the Aspect Ratio, so you can't change a wide screen picture to full screen...
I guess these are a few things that were skimmped on to lower the price..
We'll be fixing our old LG and using that, and this one will go upstairs in a bedroom...

This is a very affordable tv. Quality is great! Audio is not the best but it does the job. Video is ama Roku is awesome! The compact remote is simple and very easy to use.

For the first time ever, I stood in line for hours for the black friday sale to get this tv for what I believed was an awesome price. Well, what a let down! Once the tv was installed it worked for only one day. I had no problems returning the tv at my local Best Buy and receiving another one. The second tv only worked for 10 days. Now it will not turn on again. I was told that it is best to just return the tv once again and get a new one that I am sure will only work for a matter of time again. Mind you when the tv is working, it is very decent for the price, but it was definitely not worth the sacarfice of my entire Thanksgiving day in line for a let down.

I bought this tv on Black Friday (well Thursday), brought it home, set it up, got prompted to make a roku account, did that, got prompted to sing into my amazon video accoun (fair enough) got prompted to put in my credit card, got prompted to sing up for multiple online streaming serveices, not to mention it tried to get me to sing several EULAs that would allow them to track what I watch. Then I could finally use my new TV. But first I had to watch an ad, then I logged into Netflix (why couldn’t I do that online on my pc?) and watched some shows. Then I went back out and plugged in my PC then the tv prompted me to turn on there software that watches what you watch on external devices to show you more Ads. After declineing that I turned on gaming mode and it has a high latency, not to mention the audio was out of sync. I also ocationally ran into random pop up ads all over. So to conclude Ads, tracking, Ads, membership signups, Ads

I got this TV as a gift a few months ago and while I'm thankful, I am not impressed by this TV at all. It seems to be poorly made as I'm never satisfied with the picture quality, and the settings themselves are of no help. When I tried to look up guides for this model, I couldn't find anything, not even on the Sharp website.
After doing some further research, I learned that this is a Sharp TV in name only. In other words, Sharp does not create these TV's, they're just sold with their brand's name slapped on it... it's made by a completely different manufacturer called Hisense, who are known to make crappy TV's.
All in all, don't believe the hype. It's cheap for a reason, so save your money for a better TV from a reputable brand, such as Samsung.

This is my second Sharp tv in 2yrs, and it too has begun to fail. I am and have been a diehard Sharp follower, still using my Sharp minidisc player to this day, but these tvs seem to be in another category of quality. The said tv no longer connects to the wifi, does not turn off, and now has flakey speakers, not to mention the lack of true 4k. In the time I have owned this tv (less than a year), I have never seen a 4k program on it, using VUDU, netflix, youtube, most vid apps on the tv itself. From now on I will see the tv in action before buying, I don't see me buying another Sharp tv. These issues show no fault on Best Buy, they only sell, and not build these things.

Bought this 4K LED TV on blackfriday doorbuster. I was told that this tv is HDR ready and it did. However, you can only watch HDR content via internal app. I tried to connect my xbox one s to this tv but HDR is not available. Be careful when you choose a 4k HDR TV...

No Youtube App on 4k UHD model

There isn't a working youtune app that you can pull up videos on your tv. You have to first bring the videos up on your phone or tablet, then stream them to your tv. Automatic return for me. Just got done boxing it up.

This TV is ok but i have seen so many reviews with a recall on its defectiveness. Most of the TVS out there that have Roku built into it have problems. I regret getting this and would have preferred a regular TV.

Brought it home, installed the wall-mount, turned the TV on - went through all the steps of syncing with my wireless, then BAM - blank screen. TV was on, but NOTHING would appear on the screen. I talked with customer service and they said it's a known problem. TAKE THE TV'S OFF THE FLOOR if this is a known problem!!
