The first TV I bought didn't work after 34 days. I had to contact Sharp and endure one of the longest and worst customer service processes I've ever been through - it took hours on the phone and over 3 days just to have the problem logged into their system so they could send a repairman out. I didn't want a repaired TV, I wanted a new one so I rang Best Buy and they not only replaced my TV with a new one, they delivered it and set it up too! What a contrast in service experiences. Now, let's hope this one lasts longer than a month... :)

I bought the tv when it was on sale. It was just the right fit for the space I need it in. The picture and sound quality are fantastic.

Love this tv. Wish the remote could be assigned to the specific tv only. Wish the sound was better. But you can't beat the price and the Roku being built in makes it all worth it.

I have owned this Tv for a little over a year and it is by far one of my best adult purchases!! Having Roku on the tv is incredible.

First time I actually go to a Best Buy Black Friday ever. It seemed like most of Mexico was there to make for all the sales. Anyways, I go home plug everything just in time to tune in to The Walking Dead and the picture is as blurry as a Picasso. The TV had 60hz refresh rate and the 43” I was going to replace has a 120hz refresh rate. WOW what a difference. I kept the my old 43”. Plus side the 4K streaming on Netflix was amazing watching from my Spectrum cable box was horrible. I couldn’t tell the zombies apart from the humans.

Great TV, price is super affordable and the picture quality is simply amazing. Roku Player is great too, makes streaming way easier.

The price for this TV on Black Friday was hands down the best deal around! I waiting for over 7 hours in line, but totally worth this GREAT TV!

Able to download all the streaming apps you would on your phone, great sound quality and picture quality is nice

I love the picture clarity, color sharpness. The sound is clear also.

This tv is awesome! It isn't as user friendly, and the remote could have more options, but overall I VERY satisfied with quality for the price!

Got this tv two years ago and it has been a great tv going today to buy the same tv but the 58 inch great tv for the price

I have been using this television for a couple weeks now and I love it. The price was great and the built in Roku service is nice.

I bought this TV for my daughter and she loves it. The built in Roku option is one less devise she needs to watch all of her shows.

The price was just right. Very easy set up and picture is very clear. Hopefully it last as I didn’t get the additional protection plan.

For the price, this is a great TV. Also don't have to buy an extra Roku or anything, since it is built in (saving money).

Best TV I have purchased! With built in Roku makes it even better. Getting another for a guest room. Super but at that price.

I like the built in roku The only thing I do not like is when you set the picture on zoom so that you get a full picture the lettering also gets larger and can not read everything on the screen

Great birthday gift for my sister in Virginia. Great quality and got it on sale for I think $179

Great tv. Got it in a great flash sale and saved tons. Tv is impressive with many options and channels to view. Highly recommend!
