My previous DVD player attached with a coaxial cable, but there is no coaxial hookup on the TV. Only HDMI. Not a problem, I just had to get an HDMI cord. Set up was a breeze. I only wish I could just "turn on the TV". But when I press on, it goes to the home screen and I have to select TV. It should automatically go to what you viewed last.
