    This is my first smart tv. I really like it. My only complaint is the sound when I'm watching Netflix or Hulu. I have to turn the volume up very high in order to hear the tv show or movie that I'm streaming, then I have to remember to turn the volume back down before going back to regular tv.

    Ok. This is first time I’ve ever left any kind of negative reviews but this tv is the worst I’ve ever had. Only reason for 2 stars is that it has great sound and picture quality. But I am constantly having 2 issues. 1- the tv will automatically shut itself down while I’m watching a program. Just out of nowhere. Plus it’s starting to freeze on logo screen after shutdown which means it has to be unplugged to reset and to be able to be turned back on. 2 issue- when moving between apps it will just start up whatever app it wants. It may not even be an app on my list or if it is, it’s no where near the apps I’m looking. Like I said great sound and picture quality but the annoyance of the issues is really an issue. As it doesn’t happen once. I’ve had tv for 9 months and it’s been a constant trouble.
