They gave me a brand new one but that one the audio goes off on its own and I have turn it off and unplug it all the time it does that and plug it in order to get the audio back on other wise it would stay with no audio. It sometimes goes on and off like your watching TV and the screen goes pitch black and wait a few seconds and it goes back on. Is disappointing being a new TV. The sound quality is not loud even when reaching volume levels at 50 my old TV tops it. If all this wouldnt be an issue it would be a great TV to purchase.

We always keep our Geek Squad contract up to date so it was a simple call in and we had help the next day. First a technician, then a supervisor came to the house. The tech thought he knew what the problem was, and the Supv verified that this model had a propensity for "blowing the brain" as he said. Sharp honored the warranty and Best Buy honored the extended warranty & Geek contract. Our tv was replaced and we were very happy. Always get that extra protection!

Netflix and Pandora are included, Amazon and Hulu are not. Further more when we tried to watch something it would shut dowm after only being on for one and a half to two hours of use. We tried changing all the energy saving features. We returned this and got a Samsung.
