I had expected to have problems using the manufactorer rebate check and the store manager and sales associate immediately resolved and were very knowledgable with the process. Have had Sharp tvs and was very pleased with the name brand. Your delivery and setup service was excellent. as I am an old man with disabilities. The men did an excellent job. This was my first purchase from Best Buy, will not be my last.

Some of the apps are outdated because the app contract ended. I can't use Hulu as an app, which was the reason why I wanted a smart tv. Now I have to depend on my game system. I should have brought a regular tv. I can't use my iPhone to listen to music or pictures.
