However, my advice to others would be to check into hooking up the home theatre setup. My old Panasonic TV had died and the rest of the system was a Panasonic home theater. I am not sure how to hook up my new Sharp TV to home theater.

The only reason I didn't give a five is that the "smart" apps are hard to use and very limited (you cannot download new apps to the tv). If you don't want to pay for cable then you'd still need to buy a Roku or Apple TV.

The TV has a great picture and sound, I have hung this on my wall in my basement and it looks great! This is well worth the money and I would recommend making this purchase.

Since it's a Smart TV, I thought I would have more access to the Internet. All I can get are some of the subscription movie and TV programs, such as Netflix. I can't get Amazon Prime and was pretty disappointed. The TV itself is okay, but if you want the extras , you won't get them. Maybe I expected too much.

Also there seems to be some glitches: a slight flicker in brightness, sharpness and an occasional slight sound change. I will have to call the Geek Squad, too big to haul back!
